The finals of the PPA Tour Asia Skechers Shenzhen Open, held at Bao’an Sports Center Gymnasium on August 23, delivered an unexpected result in the highly anticipated men’s singles final. Neither a seeded player, American player Greyson Goldin staged a come-from-behind victory over tournament favorite Hien Truong of Vietnam, clinching the first medal of his professional pickleball career — and it’s a gold medal.
