Parents of children under 3 years old can apply for childcare subsidies with local governments across China from late this month, according to the National Health Commission.

Shenzhen and neighboring Dongguan City have jointly introduced 15 comprehensive integration measures aimed at advancing the unification of government services between the two cities.

Starting July 29, newly designated “green neighborhoods” across Shenzhen's 10 districts and new area, as defined by the city’s traffic police authority, will prohibit light diesel-powered trucks.
