Located on the southwest of the ancient city of Nantou, Nantou Ancient City Museum is a topographical museum covering an area of nearly 630 m2. There are three exhibition halls in the Nantou Ancient City Museum displaying Shenzhen's development history over the past 1,700 years.

Shenzhen Dapeng Peninsula National Geological Park Museum opened on December 26, 2013. It is an important window for the park to carry out geological science popularization, filling the gap in the categories of Shenzhen museums.

Located in Chiwan of Shenzhen, with Nanshan to its rear and facing Lingdingyang (bay), the Tianhou Temple Museum is a folk museum exploring specific subjects. It was also the largest and most influential Tianhou Temple in the coastal area of South China during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
