Shenzhen is renowned for an extensive network of greenways and hiking trails totaling more than 200 kilometers. Part of the network is the Talent Greenway (Rencai Greenway) in Longhua District, the country’s first green path themed around talent and civic life.

Located in the border area between Shenzhen and Dongguan in Bao’an’s Yanluo Subdistrict, Luotian Forest Park is Shenzhen’s only forest park at the Guangdong provincial level. Spanning across Bao’an and Guangming districts, it marks the northernmost point of Shenzhen’s cross-city hiking trails.

Built on hilly terrain, Dalinggu Park features diverse topography. A standout element is the striking elevated, shield-shaped walkway named the Shield of Sky (天空之盾).

Nestled among clouds, mist, forests, and mountains, Yunhai Park lies south of Meishajian Mountain and Sanzhoutang Reservoir in Yantian District. Its 4,000-square-meter grassland is perfect for leisurely walks and picnics. The park’s cruise ship-shaped Yunhai Forest Service Station (云海森林服务站) is a striking sight. From its balconies, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Yantian Port while sipping coffee or enjoy reading.

The Science Summit (科学顶) in Guangming Science Park stands out like a cosmic UFO in the Chaishan Hill forest.

Sunflower fields bursting with golden blooms set against the clear blue summer sky and fluffy white clouds paint an almost surreal, oil-painting-like scene in Shenzhen Talent Park. Located near the park’s northwest gate are three sunflower fields that serve as a bright highlight for visitors.
