The fee, at 1,980 yuan per person, covers academic services, conference venue, conference materials and documents, meals during the conference, media exposure costs, government taxes, and other necessary expenditures for the conference.
Transportation to and from the venue from one's location, as well as accommodation during the conference, are not covered. Applicants who fail to successfully pay the conference fee will lose their eligibility to participate. Once the conference fee is paid, the conference will not accept refunds.
"Observers" are open to students in grades 4 to 6 of primary school, with a quota of 20. Primary school students interested in MUN activities may register as observers, participate in pre-conference academic training, and learn about topics and processes, so that they can better adapt to and participate in MUN in the future.
When the number of registrants reaches the upper limit of venue capacity, the registration channel will be closed.

Co-hosted by SNG Education Media and Shenzhen Daily, GBAIMUN is dedicated to broadening the international outlook of youth across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) and strengthening their capabilities in diplomacy, research, and public speaking. Since its inaugural session in 2025, the conference has been successfully convened three times, drawing over 1,200 participants from more than 150 universities, secondary schools, and Model United Nations associations.

Today, GBAIMUN stands as one of the most influential signature events within the GBA, enjoying strong recognition and growing attention from relevant United Nations bodies. Outstanding delegates will have the opportunity to be recommended for visits to the UN headquarters and potential internships.
