Michelin Guide Food Festival Shenzhen 2026 to open

The Michelin Guide Food Festival is returning to MixC Street at The MixC in Luohu District from Sept. 25 to 27, bringing together 12 restaurants featured in the Michelin Guide Guangzhou & Shenzhen.

At last year's Michelin Guide Food Festival On The Road, which was Guangdong Province's first-ever Michelin Guide Food Festival, MixC Street was packed with visitors as eight restaurants from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu featured in the Michelin Guide brought a range of flavors to the street. The event became a memorable part of Shenzhen's culinary scene, offering diners a chance to sample dishes from some of the China's acclaimed restaurants in a lively outdoor setting.

This year's festival comes as Shenzhen makes its debut in the Michelin Guide. In August, the 2026 Michelin Guide Guangzhou & Shenzhen was unveiled, marking the first time Shenzhen was included in the guide. Five out of Shenzhen's seven starred restaurants will appear at this year's festival.

The 12 participating restaurants includes two two-star restaurants, Yun Jing and The Bay by Chef Fei, as well as six one-star restaurants — Xin Rong Ji, Chao Shang Chao, Opus 388, Yu Garden (from Guangzhou), Song (from Guangzhou) and Wisca (from Guangzhou) — along with four Michelin Selected restaurants: China Lodge, La Lune, Gem Garden and La Tablée.
