If you haven't heard of Chaoshan, you should. It's a beautiful place to visit for history but also for food. This Saturday, Alena would like to take you to one of her favorite Chaoshan beef hot pot places. Participants will try different cuts of beef, eat some veggies and rice noodles, and try the suprisingly spicy (for Guangdong) Chaoshan chili sauce (great for dipping).
