Diwang Building (officially named Shun Hing Square) is located on Shennan East Road, Luohu District. Completed in 1996, it stands 384 meters tall (including antenna), with 69 floors, and long held the title of Asia's tallest building.

地王大厦（正式名称：信兴广场）坐落于罗湖区深南东路，1996年建成，高384米（含天线），共69层，曾长期占据亚洲第一高楼宝座。

The name "Diwang" (Land King) derives from the land use rights auction — in 1992, this plot was sold for HK$140 million, setting a "land king" record at the time, hence the name. The building was invested by Hong Kong Construction, adopting a steel structural framework system. It was the tallest steel-structure super-tall building in Asia at that time, becoming a core emblem of Shenzhen's modern urban image in the 1990s.

地王大厦名称源于其土地使用权的拍卖——1992年这块土地以1.4亿港元成交，创下了当时的"地王"纪录，故得名。大厦由香港建设投资，采用钢结构框架体系，是当时亚洲最高的钢结构的超高层建筑，成为90年代深圳现代化城市形象的核心标志。

The completion of Diwang Building marked Shenzhen's transformation from "Shenzhen Speed" to "Shenzhen Quality," witnessing the leapfrog improvement of the Special Economic Zone's economic strength. Together with the adjacent historic Dongmen Pedestrian Street, it creates a unique landscape where old and new blend harmoniously, remaining a popular destination for visitors today.

地王大厦的建成标志着深圳从"深圳速度"向"深圳质量"的转型，也见证了特区经济实力的飞跃式提升。它与旁边的老东门步行街形成新旧交融的独特景观，至今仍是游客打卡的热门地点。
