Local tech achievements debut at media fourm 科技创新展亮相亚太媒体高端论坛

As 2026 is the APEC “China Year,” more than 400 media professionals from across the Asia-Pacific gathered in Shenzhen. Running alongside the Asia-Pacific Media Forum, the "Everything Is Media: The Future of Media" Sci-Tech Innovation Exhibition opened its doors. Guided by the core philosophy of "Tech for Good, Everything Is Media," the exhibition spans four thematic zones — Digital-Intelligent Media, Embodied Media, Media City and Media Life — offering a panoramic showcase of scientific and technological innovation from Shenzhen and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

2026 APEC“中国年”之际，四百多位亚太媒体同仁相聚深圳。作为亚太媒体高端论坛的重要配套活动，“万物皆媒 Media未来”科技创新展同期启幕。展览以“科技向善、万物皆媒”为核心理念，分为数智Media、具身Media、Media城市、Media生活四大展区，全景展现来自深圳、来自粤港澳大湾区的科技创新成果。

Zone 1: Digital-Intelligent Media — AI Rewrites the News Production Chain

数智Media展区：AI重写“策采编发”

In the Digital-Intelligent Media zone, AI is making the connection between journalists and the world omnipresent. The "Smart Media Shenzhen Eight-Piece Kit," a field-reporting ensemble developed for the newspaper industry, draws particular attention: the Recording Bean captures professional-grade audio within 5 meters and delivers real-time transcription, translation and minutes; RayNeo X3 Pro AR glasses turn "whatever meets the eye into raw material," combining real-scene navigation, simultaneous interpretation and interview prompting in one device; the Insta360 panoramic camera shoots in 8K, "missing no angle"; the vivo X300, hailed as a "mirrorless-camera phone," captures footage from 50 meters away with near-distance clarity; the Honor Robot Phone, the world's first robotic smartphone, offers 360° intelligent tracking; and the Timekettle simultaneous-interpretation earbuds pioneered two-way and phone-call interpretation. With panoramic shooting and real-time interpretation integrated, a reporter going solo is a reporting crew in itself.

Xinhua News Agency presented its smart-media tool matrix, building a human-machine collaborative news production chain with AI products such as the Intelligent Editorial Office, the Media Brain and the Editorial Assistant, upholding the principle of "AI as a tool, human editors as the final gatekeepers." The Pengcheng Cultural Corpus of Shenzhen News Group has pooled nearly 40 million core data entries and is evolving into a nationally pioneering city-level cultural digital foundation; Shenzhen Media Group, partnering with Kaihong (Shenzhen Kaihong Digital Technology), is building a new ecosystem in which convergent media content is distributed across building displays, in-vehicle systems, AI glasses and other smart terminals; and the Xiufu virtual studio, linked to the Unreal rendering engine and spatial tracking systems, switches virtual backdrops on the fly to accelerate program production.

Zone 2: Embodied Media — Intelligence Gains a Body 

具身Media展区：智能拥有身体 

In the Embodied Media zone, the body itself becomes the remote control, the confirm key and the microphone. The Zibianliang (auto variable) logistics sorting robot understands a parcel's shape and material in real time and can even predict whether it is fragile. With a measured efficiency of 1,911 parcels per hour — 53% ahead of the industry benchmark — it is the world's only general-purpose embodied model deployed in both household-service and industrial-logistics scenarios. The world's first table-tennis-playing humanoid robot integrates cutting-edge technologies such as high-speed vision, real-time path planning and reinforcement learning, and was open for media guests to try on site. GJS (Gongjiangshe)'s motion-sensing robot replicates human body movements onto the machine at millisecond level, forming a consumer-grade human-machine combat system. The Jellyfish Smart-Brain claw machine is the latest embodiment of brain-computer interface technology — wearing a non-invasive EEG device, the system recognizes the user's "focus level" and translates intention into commands, making "grabbing with your mind" no longer science fiction. Yuanhua Intelligent's orthopedic surgical robot, the world's first "five-in-one" intelligent unit integrating total knee, total hip, unicompartmental replacement, spinal pedicle screw placement and trauma navigation on a single platform, performed a widely influential orthopedic operation in Malaysia shortly before the exhibition.

具身Media展区里，身体即遥控器、即确认键、即话筒。自变量物流分拣机器人可实时理解包裹的形状、材质乃至预判易碎属性，实测效率达1911件/小时，较行业标杆领先53%，是全球唯一可同时落地家庭服务与工业物流场景的通用具身模型。全球首款会打乒乓球的人形机器人集成高速视觉、实时路径规划与强化学习等尖端技术，现场开放媒体朋友体验。工匠社体感功夫机器人将人的肢体动作毫秒级复刻到机器上，构成消费级人机对抗系统。水母智脑娃娃机是脑机接口技术的最新具象化产品——戴上非侵入式脑电设备，系统识别“专注度”并将意念转化为指令，“意念取物”不再是科幻。元化智能骨科手术机器人是全球首个集成全膝、全髋、单髁置换、脊柱置钉及创伤导航五种术式的“五合一”智能单体，策展前不久刚在马来西亚完成一台影响广泛的骨科手术。

Zone 3: Media City — The Whole City Becomes the Largest "Medium"

Media城市展区：整座城市成为最大的“媒介体”

As the Internet of Everything takes shape, the entire city becomes the largest medium of all. The Kaihong Smart Tunnel, built on the OpenHarmony distributed foundation and an AI multi-agent solution, has been deployed in Hebei and Shenzhen; an on-site sandbox simulated a tunnel fire scenario, demonstrating the full emergency-response process in which multiple devices automatically coordinate once fire is detected. The KaihongBot series, China's first one-stop learning platform for OpenHarmony developers, supports both application and device development, breathing new life into large stocks of legacy computers. The DeKa medical self-service terminal Y700 delivers full-process services from registration and payment to medical-insurance settlement. And a VR panorama centered on real-time drone live-streaming lets viewers rediscover the beauty of Shenzhen from an aerial perspective.

当万物互联格局成型，整座城市就是最大的媒介体。深开鸿智慧隧道依托开源鸿蒙分布式底座与AI多智能体方案，已在河北、深圳落地，现场沙盘模拟了隧道起火场景，演示火情触发后多设备自动协同联动的应急处置全流程。全国首款面向开源鸿蒙开发者的一站式学习平台开鸿Bot系列，既支持应用开发也支持设备开发，让大量存量老旧电脑重焕新生。德卡医疗自助终端Y700实现自助建档、挂号、缴费、医保结算全流程服务。VR全景以无人机实时直播为核心，让观众通过空中视角重新发现深圳之美。

Zone 4: Media Life — Huaqiangbei's "One-Meter Bench" Distills the "Shenzhen Cycle"

Media生活展区：华强北“一米台”浓缩“深圳周期”

In the Media Life zone, "everything is media" lands squarely in everyday objects. The star attraction is Huaqiangbei's "one-meter bench" — an ordinary-looking workbench that is in fact a miniature of Shenzhen's intelligent-hardware industrial chain. The Huaqiangbei rhythm of "designed in the morning, prototyped in the afternoon, mass-produced the next day, shipped worldwide within a week" has been coined by Xinhua News Agency as the "Shenzhen Cycle": product development iterates continuously in cycles of months, weeks or even days. One meter reveals an entire industry; one bench connects the globe.

Media生活展区的“万物皆媒”，落点在一件件日常器物中。华强北“一米台”成为全场焦点——这张看似普通的工作台是深圳智能硬件产业链的微缩模型，“上午设计、下午打样、次日量产、一周出海”的华强北节奏，被新华社命名为“深圳周期”：产品开发以月、周甚至天为单位持续迭代。一米见产业，一台连全球。

Products born of the "one-meter bench" process surround the visitors: the Lexu stringless guitar can be played without any knowledge of music theory; the Kenqing exoskeleton robot supports hiking, mountaineering and other scenarios and folds into a backpack; LOOK AI pioneered integrated real-time design and virtual try-on technology, filling a global gap; the Anliu smart e-bike delivers up to 150 N·m of torque and 144 km of range, ranking first in global premium EMTB sales in 2025; and BYD's flash charging set a world record for the fastest mass-produced charging speed — 10% to 70% in just 5 minutes — earning Germany's International Paul Pietsch Award this August, the first time the prize has gone to a Chinese company in its 36-year history.
