Runway shows by Italian designer brand Alberto Zambelli, alongside Chinese labels Wutang and Eachway, were staged July 18 at Dutch Flower Town, the Nanshan subvenue of the 2026 Shenzhen & Milan Lifestyle Week.

Set against the rich aroma of roasting coffee beans, audiences took in the shows at the Nanshan Coffee Museum — a 2,300-square-meter venue nestled within the flower town.

Alongside the runway presentations, the “City Vibes” lifestyle market offered visitors a chance to explore floral art, coffee tastings, handicrafts, and creative design products.

The venue also hosted the launch event for In Show, a property project transformed from the former factory of Takung Printing Company in the Nanyou area. Spanning 20,000 square meters and inspired by fashion districts in Milan and other global cities, the project features a professional runway venue, showrooms, a fashion marketplace, and exhibition spaces. It is scheduled to begin trial operations by the end of the year.

In Show sits within the Lixiu Fashion and Culture Block, which is home to approximately 6,000 designers and more than 10,000 fashion and apparel companies. Accounting for about 8% of China’s garment exports, the block is a national leader in high-end women’s wear.

Visitors can also explore an art exhibition that delves into the block’s history, transformation, and ambitions. Titled “On the Road, Lixiu’s Story,” the exhibition traces its evolution from a manufacturing hub to a center of original design. It also features an AI interactive zone, highlighting how technology is empowering the fashion industry and shaping future lifestyles.

Dutch Flower Town itself covers roughly 60,000 square meters and integrates flower exhibitions and sales, landscaping, and leisure experiences.

The main venue of the 2026 Shenzhen & Milan Lifestyle Week was Dalang Fashion Town in Longhua District, which brought together designers, tech companies, buyers, and government delegations from around the world.

The three-day event, running from July 17 to 19, was themed “Digital Fashion • Eastern Expression.” It marks the 56th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Italy.

The inaugural Shenzhen & Milan Lifestyle Week, held in 2024, brought together more than 20 Italian fashion brands. The 2025 edition helped local brands stage shows during Milan Fashion Week in Italy.
