No. 79 Fishing Boat Flagship Restaurant

Spanning nearly 5,000 square meters across two floors, No. 79 Fishing Boat’s first flagship restaurant offers a striking “cruise ship cabin” aesthetic. 

By managing its own fishing operations and exclusive farming bases — ranging from Taishan oysters to Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs — the restaurant ensures direct sourcing of more than 100 varieties of live seafood. An open kitchen layout allows diners to witness the entire process from the tank to the dinner plate.

The flagship menu showcases the height of Cantonese culinary craftsmanship with several signature dishes.
