Yantian International named world's best container terminal

Yantian International Container Terminals has recently been named the Best Global Container Terminal by the Asian Freight, Logistics and Supply Chain Awards, marking the first time the Shenzhen-based terminal has won the global title. Previously, it had won the Best Container Terminal in Asia (over 4 million TEUs) award three times. One of the world’s largest single-operator container terminals, Yantian International handled a record-breaking 16 million TEUs in 2025. It now facilitates more than a quarter of China’s exports to the U.S. and one-third of Guangdong Province’s total foreign trade.
