Upgraded coastal bike path in Yantian now fully open

A 19.5-kilometer coastal bike path has opened along Shenzhen’s eastern shore following an upgrade. The route in Yantian District runs from Shatoujiao’s Guta Park to Beizaijiao in Xiaomeisha. The path passes Yantian Seafood Street, Dameisha and Xiaomeisha beaches, and Tianqin Bay. Cyclists can access the route via the Yantian Seafood Street entrance, 200 meters from Yantianxu Station (Metro Lines 2 and 8, Exit B). Bike-sharing is available along the route, and mountain bikes can be rented near Yantianxu Station and Dameisha. Sightseeing cruises also operate from the nearby Golden Coast Pier.
