Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen recognized in 2026 Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards

One of Shenzhen's premier luxury hotels has added another coveted accolade to its name. Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen recently announced its debut on the prestigious Travel + Leisure 2026 World's Best Awards list, ranking 34th among the World's 100 Best Hotels and 6th among Asia's Best City Hotels.

The hotel was also recognized as the highest-ranked hotel from the Chinese mainland, underscoring its commitment to exceptional experiences, refined service, and a distinctive urban resort atmosphere.

As one of three Mandarin Oriental properties worldwide to be featured on this year's list, Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen joins Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok and Mandarin Oriental, Paris, a recognition that reflects the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s enduring commitment to exceptional service, uncompromising quality, and its signature approach to hospitality.

The Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards are among the travel and hospitality industry's most respected annual rankings. It recognizes excellence across global destinations, island resorts, national parks, airlines, hotels, and more.

This year's results, covering over 10,000 hotels and travel experiences, were based on the votes of more than 660,000 readers worldwide.
