The CCC Shenzhen Shell Show will take place at UpperHills in Futian District from July 9 to 12, bringing together shell collectors, marine life enthusiasts and curious minds.

The event will feature around 20 exhibitors, including six international exhibitors from the Philippines, Russia, and India. Visitors will have the opportunity to admire and purchase shells from around the world, including rare specimens.

There will also be talks and exchange sessions on shells, while souvenir stamp collectors can participate in souvenir stamp-collection activities.

Launched by the Conchologist City Club (CCC), the CCC Shell Show is a traveling exhibition series dedicated to shells and marine culture. It aims to introduce more people to the diversity and beauty of shells while inspiring a new hobby and fostering a deeper appreciation of marine life.

Since its inaugural event in Beijing in 2018, the exhibition has toured multiple cities across China. Over the years, it has evolved into a comprehensive shell culture festival combining a specialty marketplace, academic lectures, rare-specimen auctions, hands-on workshops, and interactive experiences.
