Shenzhen Sports Museum, home to nearly 3,000 artifacts, offers an immersive journey through the city's sporting evolution while showcasing cutting-edge sports innovations. Spanning 84,000 square meters, the museum features permanent and temporary exhibition halls, a sports collection showroom, a sports technology launch space, and a multi-function hall.

Highlights include equipment used by Shenzhen athletes — such as the tennis racket Wang Xinyu wielded to win the French Open Women's Doubles Championship — and medals from the 2011 Shenzhen Universiade. Visitors can also explore the city's rich sports history and hear inspiring stories, including sailing tales from Chen Jinhao, the first Chinese champion of the Volvo Ocean Race and founder of the Shenzhen Teen Sailing Hub. No reservation is required from May onwards.
