As a national-level innovation platform for the medical device industry, NMED has built a full-chain innovation ecosystem spanning clinical needs identification, key technology development, pilot manufacturing, product registration and industrial investment. The center brings together resources from industry, academia, healthcare institutions and investors to accelerate the commercialization of advanced medical technologies.

According to the agreement, GEE Group will contribute its experience in medical equipment operation and maintenance as well as its distribution network across Spain and other international markets, while SilkBridge Capital will provide expertise in cross-border investment, market entry and localization.

By integrating their respective strengths, the three partners aim to create a more efficient pathway for Chinese manufacturers of high-end medical devices seeking to establish a long-term presence in Europe.
