'Vivienne Westwood & Jewellery' exhibition makes South China debut in Macao

After touring Shanghai and Chengdu, the "Vivienne Westwood & Jewellery" exhibition has arrived in Macao, making its South China debut at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macao.

Widely recognized as one of the world's most influential fashion designers, Westwood began her design career in 1971. By the late 1970s, her distinct and radical punk designs had already made her an icon of avant-garde fashion. 

Jewelry, an element that adds not only depth to deisgns but also expressive power to the wearer's body language, has been featured in Westwood's deisgns since her early career. Through more than 600 pieces of jewelry and garments, the exhibition immerses visitors in the late designer's four decades of creativity, as well as her design philosophy and rebellious spirit.

Curated by the Vivienne Westwood team, the exhibition is divided into eight rooms, each dedicated to one of Westwoods' design eras, offering visitors a comprehensive and in-depth look into her creative world.

Guided tours in Cantonese, Mandarin and English are provided in Friday, Saturday and Monday afternoons. 

To further enrich the visitor experience, event organizer SJM Resorts has partnered with the Vivienne Westwood team to craft a series of lifestyle experiences.

Visitors can purchase Macao-exclusive demin accessories and exhibition-themed T-shirts exclusively at the exhibition boutique shop, enjoy a limited-time afternoon tea set at the Vivienne Westwood Café, and take selfies at a photo booth featuring the brand's iconic Giant Orb.
