Cultural-tech innovation community inaugurated in Futian

The Jinsha Cultural+Technological Innovation Community was officially inaugurated May 21 at a sub-venue of the 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF), the first of 10 new quality industrial communities planned for Futian District.
The new community, also known as ROBOHUB, was unveiled at the Shenzhen Culture Creative Park in Futian.

The sub-venue featured a series of strategic cooperation signings for Futian’s cultural and creative projects, alongside the first batch of agreements for the innovation community.
The Futian District Bureau of Culture, Media, Tourism and Sports signed cooperation intentions with Youka Interactive, Max Star Music, Xinyuncheng Film and Television, Zhenwan Film and Television, and Primordia Pictures to co-build industrial ecosystems in film, sports and performance events, and livestreaming.

Separately, Shenzhen Fumei Space Innovation Development Co. inked initial service agreements with Elephant Robotics, Shuchuan Technology, Baisheng Sports, Huachuang Zhixun, and Huayi Environment to support corporate innovation and global expansion through platform-based services.
The Shenzhen Futian Micro-Drama Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, initiated by Futian, also opened for submissions. Organizers said the competition aims to provide creators and institutions worldwide with a platform to link with China’s industrial chain and international markets.

The first batch of agreements for the innovation community are signed.
Several high-level exchange sessions were held on the sidelines. In an “Art and Science” forum, engineering scientist Liu Ke, Western classical art practitioner Maurizio Ciampi, and musicologist Zang Yibing discussed how art and science engage with each other’s admiration and challenges.
A culture and capital session featured Chen Ge, co-founder of AllSaints Music, and Zhang Yuhao, founding partner and CEO of FOF Weekly, who offered new perspectives on how capital can empower the cultural industry.

Looking ahead, the Jinsha Cultural+Technological Innovation Community will continue to focus on four core industrial sectors, actively attracting and nurturing high-quality cultural and creative firms, according to its operator.
