Henan Province hosted a cultural tourism and investment promotion conference today, at the 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF).
The event highlighted Henan’s latest achievements in integrating culture with tourism, positioning the province as a prime destination for both travelers and investors. The conference featured dual sessions: a cultural tourism promotion segment and an investment forum.
Addressing attendees, Li Xinjian, deputy director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee, emphasized Henan’s commitment to "developing tourism through culture." He said that the province masterfully blends its profound historical heritage and the grandeur of the Sui and Tang dynasties with a dynamic modern spirit.

Wu Xiyue, a representative of the Luoyang Cultural Tourism Group, introduced Luoyang’s latest tourism offerings at the conference.

During the investment session, Henan unveiled the latest resources for its iconic sites such as the Longmen Grottoes and the Luoyang Sui-Tang Dynasties Palace Ruins.
The province also spotlighted emerging trends, promoting flagship cultural products including location-based micro-dramas and local cultural and creative brands to drive tourism growth.
