A new transfer bus, T233, is offering free rides between the Prince Bay Garden City Villa shopping block and Sea World Metro Station in Nanshan District on a circular route until July 26. The bus runs daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with intervals of 20–30 minutes.

Prince Bay Garden City Villa comprises eight standalone white villas and is home to a Black Pearl restaurant, snack shops, designer boutiques, as well as the first South China stores of Malbon Golf and Pinarello. An Italian contemporary jewelry show is currently being held at the FCC Center within the venue.

Prince Bay Coastal Park.
The bus also passes by Prince Bay Coastal Park, where a 1.3-km coastal boardwalk offers an ideal spot for a leisurely stroll or a rest on benches, allowing visitors to enjoy the sea breeze and views of the Shenzhen Bay Bridge, the mountains on the Hong Kong side, and a tranquil sea bay.
The Ancerville.
Continuing along the route, the bus arrives at the renovated Minghua ship, now renamed Ancerville, not far from Sea World Metro Station. The first floor of the vessel houses handicraft and gift shops, while the second floor features a food court with eateries and cafes serving authentic flavors from around the world. Diners can also enjoy breathtaking views of the port, the ocean, and the sunset.
The venue also offers an immersive show titled “The Deal.” Once a maritime landmark tied to generations of memories, the refurbished ship now operates as an immersive theater, transporting visitors from contemporary Shenzhen to a meticulously recreated 1930s Paris.

Sea World Culture and Arts Center.
Nearby is the Sea World Culture and Arts Center, a white box by the sea. Art exhibitions are held year-round on the first and second floors of the venue. Currently on display are works by Chinese contemporary artist Zhang Peili and the large-scale debut show of German artist Ulla von Brandenburg.
