APEC Secretariat chief visits Nanshan tech event for youth innovation ties

Eduardo Pedrosa, executive director of the APEC Secretariat, is leading a delegation on a multi-day visit to Shenzhen. Today, he will attend the APEC China 2026 “Tech for People” Nanshan Day event, co-hosted by the Nanshan District Government and Shenzhen News Group. The delegation will also tour Shenzhen InnoX Academy and tech giant DJI. Later this week, the Secretariat chief will attend the APEC Study Centers Consortium Youth Scholars Forum, scheduled for Thursday and Friday at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
