The new Sungang store covers 1,500 square meters and enhances the shoppers' shopping experience through immersive features, including an indoor sports trial zone and an outdoor equipment display area. A dedicated sportswear showroom connects the store’s interior with the mall’s public space, highlighting the latest arrivals and setting new sports trends.

Shoppers can explore a full range of equipment covering running, fitness, outdoor activities, and racket sports. New additions include gear for rock climbing, pickleball, and pet travel.

A newly set up pet playground allows visitors and their pets take part in interactive games outside the Decathlon Sungang store.

To enhance after-sales service, the store houses a repair studio for bicycles, camping gear, and rackets. Additionally, laser engraving machines are available to offer personalized product customization.

Located adjacent to the Luohu Checkpoint, the store plans to roll out special promotions during Hong Kong and the mainland holidays. It will also hold a community running event, co-organized by Sungang Subdistrict, which is expected to draw hundreds of participants during the upcoming May Day holiday.

“Driven by Shenzhen’s continuously improving business environment and robust industrial ecosystem, Decathlon has established a comprehensive industry chain — spanning smart manufacturing to retail networks — over its 20-year history in the city,” said Xiong Yundan, Decathlon’s Shenzhen regional retail director.
