Nanshan hosts China-Singapore green building sharing session

A China-Singapore green building industry sharing session was held at the "Go Global" Global Service Center in Nanshan on April 23.

The event was co-hosted by the Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China (SingCham) Guangdong Office and the "Go Global" Global Service Center, with support from the Guangzhou Architecture & Decoration Association.

The session aimed to deepen cooperation between China and Singapore in architecture and digitalization under the APEC framework. More than 60 industry experts and corporate representatives from both countries attended.

Juana Lee, vice chairman and secretary general of SingCham Guangdong, emphasized the importance of China-Singapore economic collaboration. Don Tan, leader of the Singapore delegation, and Wang Defang, vice chairman of the Guangzhou Architecture & Decoration Association and chairman of STARJOY, also expressed optimism for future green building cooperation between the two sides.

During a promotional segment, Vicky Xie, business director of the "Go Global" Global Service Center, introduced the center’s policy advantages and service support as a "preferred investment destination in the Asia-Pacific."

Lv Jia, head of technology at Shenzhen Birus Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., and Lynn Koh, council member of the Singapore Contractors Association, joined a panel discussion on digital transformation and the alignment of green building standards between China and Singapore.
