The 2027 Blue Bay GBA Food Guide, the second edition of an initiative dedicated to promoting premium cuisine and industrial growth in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), was officially unveiled at the recent Shenzhen Food & Beverage Industry Conference, hosted by the Shenzhen Cuisine Association.
Seizing the momentum of the upcoming APEC meetings and the Michelin Guide’s arrival in Shenzhen, this initiative aims to accelerate the rise of international high-end catering brands. The guide seeks to define Shenzhen’s culinary identity as a world-class, quality-driven destination. By positioning the food and beverage sector as a cultural bridge, the guide aims to help GBA brands expand their footprint while curating "culinary landmarks" that showcase the region’s heritage and unique flavors to global diners.
