'Worry-Free Transit Plus Station' initiative to enhance air travel experience

The Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport hotel complex recently launched the “Worry-Free Transit Plus Station,” a dedicated service solution designed specifically for layover travelers.
Introduced to coincide with the 10th anniversary of Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport and Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport — part of the airport hotel complex — this initiative strengthens the “aviation + hotel” integration model and elevate the stay experience for both business and leisure travelers.

The newly introduced “Service Renewal and Upgrade” program focuses on improving both physical facilities and people-first care. At the front desk, integrated flight information and complimentary beverage services have been added, turning waiting time into a more comfortable and relaxing experience.
In addition, the hotels have introduced “Silent Care,” an initiative that provides an accessible service zone with visual check-in guidance for guests with hearing impairments. Developed in coordination with the airport to enhance barrier-free access, this project reflects a warm and inclusive service philosophy.

Leveraging their strategic location within the Shenzhen airport hub, the hotels have deeply integrated into the airport’s “Worry-Free Transit” ecosystem. The new “Worry-Free Transit Plus Station” concept offers tailored solutions for different business travel needs, including VIP fast-track security lanes, self-service luggage packing and storage, and priority room allocation for group guests.
These upgrades significantly improve transfer efficiency, enabling travelers to enjoy a secure, seamless, and more efficient journey — setting a new benchmark for airport hotel service quality.

Over the past decade, the hotels have also consistently provided dedicated support for airline crews. A specialized service team provides real-time flight updates, 24-hour express check-in/out, customized meals, and dedicated pre-flight preparation areas.
Having supported 23 domestic and international airlines with stable and reliable layover accommodations, the hotels continue to uphold a service philosophy of being “professional, efficient, and warm,” earning the title of “China’s Best Airport Hotel” for multiple consecutive years.
