Established in 2006 alongside the city's rail transit network, Shenzhen Metro Group Urban Services has grown significantly over the past two decades. Its service portfolio has expanded from an initial 400,000 square meters to a vast 18.9 million square meters.

Diverse businesses such as cultural and sports services are provided by Shenzhen Metro Urban Services.

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Shenzhen Metro Group Urban Services has integrated diverse businesses such as culture, sports, catering, property management, energy operations and maintenance, and emergency safety response to create a specialized urban service ecosystem.

As a key extension of the group's "Rail +Business" strategy, Shenzhen Metro Group Urban Services’ new cultural and sports brands serve as a model for maximizing public space efficiency and upgrading public service quality in megacities.
