Intl. Commercial Court debuts in SZ for global business

The Shenzhen International Commercial Court has been officially inaugurated, meeting the city’s growing need for professional cross-border dispute resolution. The new court operates under the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court and specializes in handling foreign-related commercial cases. Its responsibilities include first-instance and second-instance trials (the first and second levels of court hearings), judicial reviews of arbitration cases, confirmation of foreign-related mediation agreements, and the recognition and enforcement of civil and commercial rulings from foreign courts.
