Appointment and removal of Comrades Jin Lei and Meng Fanli

Comrade Jin Lei has recently been appointed a member of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee, a member of its Standing Committee, and Secretary of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee. 

Comrade Meng Fanli has been removed from the post of Secretary of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee.
