Insta360s flagship store at the Shenzhen Uniwalk Qianhai shopping mall serves as the Shenzhen company’s most extensive offline experience center, showcasing its broadest range of products, services and hands-on experiences. Highlights include China’s first inverted-mirror micro-model, 360-degree panoramic recreations of usage scenarios such as cycling and skiing, and the industry’s first panoramic test-flight zone.

Inside the flagship, Insta360 has translated its “Think Bold” ethos into immersive retail design. A giant spherical installation at the entrance symbolizes panoramic imaging, while a naked-eye 3D screen presents brand content in an immersive way. The industry’s first indoor panoramic test-flight zone lets customers try drone flight on site — a feature that drew excited reactions from shoppers who had long followed the brand’s drones.

The store also rolled out a full “sales + service” model: after-sales checks can be completed in the shop and devices can be replaced within minutes, creating a closed loop from experience to purchase to service. Li indicated the company will accelerate similar store formats so after-sales care becomes as convenient as buying a product.
